We provideĀ free standard shippingĀ Australia-wide on all orders over $99.Ā
For orders $99 and under, you will be charged a flat rate of $14.95 for standard delivery (approximately 2 ā 5 business days, and up to 7 business days for remote and regional areas).Ā
We also offer express shipping at a flat rate of $24.95 (approximately 1 ā 2 business days).Ā
Unfortunately, due to our liquor licencing conditions, we are unable to offer same day delivery.Ā

Returns and refunds
We want you to love our packages ā so if you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at info@boxfulevents.au within 7 days of receiving the product to find out more about our returns and refunds policy.
In the unlikely event your purchased product has been damaged in transit, do not accept the delivery and we will arrange a new replacement product to be sent to you.
To be eligible for a return, a product must be in the same condition that it was received,Ā unused and in its original packaging.Ā
