Cancellation policy

Boxful's Subscription Terms & Conditions

1. Subscription Options

Boxful Events offers flexible subscription plans with the following options:

  • Monthly subscription – billed monthly.

  • Three-month subscription – billed every three months.

  • Six-month subscription – billed every six months.

Each subscription delivers one box per month for the duration of your selected plan.

2. Commitment Period

By purchasing a three-month or six-month subscription, you agree to remain subscribed for the full duration of that term.


These plans are locked in for the period you select and cannot be cancelled early once your first payment has been processed.

3. Automatic Renewal

At the end of your initial subscription term, your plan will automatically renew for the same duration (for example, another three or six months) unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You can manage or cancel your subscription renewal at any time through your Boxful Events customer account or by contacting us at info@boxfulevents.au 

4. Payment

Your nominated payment method will be charged automatically on the renewal date for the next subscription term, unless you have cancelled prior.
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include free shipping Australia-wide.

5. Cancellations

  • Monthly subscribers may cancel at any time before their next billing date.

  • Three-month and six-month subscribers may cancel at the end of their commitment period to stop future renewals.

  • Cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle and do not apply retroactively.

6. Delivery

Boxes are shipped once per month to the address provided at checkout. You can update your shipping details anytime before your next box is due to be sent.

7. Changes & Updates

Boxful Events reserves the right to update or modify these Subscription Terms from time to time. Any changes will take effect for new subscription periods and will be published on our website.
